Kick, Punch, Squat, Repeat: All New Instructional Classes

Want to experience working out in a small-group setting with expert trainers? For a minimal fee—less than half of what private sector trainers charge—you can join one of the several SRWC instructional classes. Trainers design the classes to be progressive so that participants achieve new skill levels.

It’s Time to Team Up: Intramurals Are Back!

Intramural leagues are back! This fall the SRWC is offering a wide variety of intramural sports including, indoor soccer Monday evenings, flag football and coed volleyball Tuesday evenings, coed basketball and open soccer Wednesday evenings, open basketball and sand volleyball Thursday evenings, and women’s and open soccer Friday afternoons.
