Our Personal Training Program provides personalized support to help you achieve your fitness goals. All trainers are certified professionals with experience in creating custom fitness plans. 

Ready to get started?

  • Schedule a FREE Fitness Assessment with a certified trainer. 
  • Submit a completed PAR-Q form at the Fitness Desk to begin.

Additional Options:

  • Buddy Training: Train with up to three people in a group. Additional $10 per session for groups of three. 
  • Fitbook Lite: Track your fitness journey with this goal-setting journal. Available for $13 or FREE with a 10-session personal training package.

*Maximum of three people per Buddy Training package. Additional $10 per person per session for groups of three.
