Instructional Fitness Classes at the SRWC are specialized, small-group sessions led by certified professionals. These classes are tailored to provide a focused learning environment and are available exclusively to SRWC members for a nominal fee. 

Elevate your fitness journey with the Pilates Reformer. This specialized equipment uses spring resistance to strengthen your body while improving posture, balance and flexibility. 

We offer a wide variety of non-credit fitness classes that allow members to develop and expand skills related to the latest group fitness trends. Available at various times throughout the day, these classes provide a complete workout for both the novice and experienced individual. All classes adhere to the rudiments of proper technique and choreography associated with contemporary exercise programs.

Pilates Reformer is one of the main pieces of Pilates equipment that offers spring resistance to strengthen the body further all the while refining posture and balance. Incorporating both mat and reformer exercises, this class will amplify the extreme benefits of Pilates.
